Yes, we process payroll throughout preferred partnerships with Gusto or ADP.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate on standard business hours, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm PT.
My books are a mess. How much will it cost to clean up my books?
Depending on how far we have to go back, and how much volume your business transacts each month, we will review your existing books to determine a flat monthly rate for the total number of months that need to be fixed. We require 50% up front to get started, and charge the remaining 50% once we’ve completed the cleanup.
What is the rate structure? Do you charge by the hour?
We charge a flat monthly retainer rate based on 1) total volume your business transacts / month, 2) services rendered (this depends on any add ons your business needs in addition to our core services), and 3) your business annual revenue.

How secure are the cloud based systems you use?
All of the software tools we use have extra layers of security and are encrypted to ensure that unauthorized access is prevented.
Can I trust you with my sensitive, financial data?
You can 100% trust The CV Ledger team with your data. All of our devices are secure with multiple measures of password encryption installed. Additionally, all members of the CV Ledger team are required to sign NDAs upon hire.
My business uses Quickbooks and desktop to make out books. Is this something you can help manage?
We can only help if you are open to switching over to a cloud based accounting software. We do not work with desktop accounting software.
I need help getting my business finances organized, but don't know where to start. Can you help me with this?
Absolutely! We can help you get set-up and organized in Xero accounting software. Depending on your budget, one of our Core Services could be great solutions for you!
Do you do taxes?
No, we do not prepare income taxes, but we have a handful of trustworthy tax partners we can put you in contact with.

Pasadena, CA. However, we work with clients throughout the country and as far as New York city.
